At Molly Willson Holistics, services are designed to support nervous system health, stress recovery, and sustainable daily living. While offerings may complement one another, each service is clearly defined to ensure appropriate care and transparency.
New clients begin with an Initial Consultation to determine the best service and support.
Occupational therapy services focused on stress-related pain, nervous system regulation, and sustainable daily living. Sessions are individualized and grounded in evidence-based OT principles, with an integrative approach that addresses both physical and emotional factors impacting health.
Areas of focus:
Nervous System Regulation & Stress Recovery
Support for chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using OT-informed regulation strategies and lifestyle support.

Functional occupational therapy to support energy, sleep, stress reduction, and daily routines that promote long-term wellbeing.
Occupational therapy services are offered through personalized care plans, typically ranging from 6–8 weeks. Session frequency and pricing are discussed during the initial consultation.
Available in-person (Seattle, WA) and virtually
In-person, non-clinical wellness services focused on deep relaxation, nervous system calming, and whole-body restoration. These offerings complement occupational therapy but are provided as alternative wellness practices and support sessions rather than medical or rehabilitative intervention. In this session, you are guided into a therapeutic relaxation state with sensory modalities to calm the nervous system and promote healing. You will leave feeling centered, more connected with yourself, and more calm in your mind and body, allowing you to restore healthy sleeping patterns, access more internal energy, deepen your intuition, and calm your racing mind. =
Areas of Focus:
Mindfulness & Somatic Wellness Sessions
Guided mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support body awareness.
Energy-Based Relaxation & Restoration
Alternative wellness sessions focused on deep relaxation, nervous system calming, and restoring a sense of balance and ease in the body.

My work is informed by occupational therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices, restorative movement, and years of clinical experience supporting behavior change and stress recovery.
If you've had a run around in Western healthcare for your stress, pain, or discomfort and still feel unheard and unwell, having a holistic provider may be the medicine your body needs.
Not only do we work together to find the root cause of your challenges, but we also create an environment and space for it to heal. Through lifestyle, restoration practices, nutrition consulting, beliefs reframing, and body-based modalities, you will support your body's natural power for healing.
I invite you to go past the surface level, generic healthcare treatment and into a deeper and specialized wellness plan to restore balance, health, and happiness.
Occupational therapy is a healthcare practice that looks at how people function in their everyday lives and how physical health, emotional wellbeing, and environment influence how the body feels and responds.
In my work, occupational therapy supports adults experiencing chronic stress, nervous system imbalance, pain, tension, headaches, migraines, and lifestyle-related health concerns. OT looks at how stress builds over time and how daily routines, habits, and expectations can contribute to discomfort.
Our health is a direct reflection of our lifestyle. When stress remains high for long periods, the nervous system can stay in a constant state of alert, which may show up as health challenges, pain, inflammation, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.
Through an integrative occupational therapy approach, I help clients understand what is contributing to their symptoms and create practical, sustainable changes that promote health as well as meaning, joy, and purpose.
Occupational therapy is a highly effective and personalized service that helps the body to settle, recover, and function with greater ease.
Yes, all new clients need to schedule an initial inquiry call/consultation. This is a brief 15-20 minute phone call that allows us to talk through what you’re experiencing, clarify goals, and determine whether occupational therapy or integrative wellness services are the best fit. It also gives you space to ask questions and understand how I work before committing to sessions.
Occupational therapy focuses on functional support for stress-related pain, nervous system health, and daily living using evidence-based OT principles. In OT, we develop a 'care plan' to help you on your recovery journey. Integrative wellness services are non-clinical and focus on relaxation, nervous system calming, and restorative support. These are supportive services for your wellbeing. Both approaches are highly effective, but vary in their intensity and focus.
Here's a breakdown:
1. Occupational Therapy: Care Plans
Ongoing
Weekly or structured
Goal-oriented
Pre-paid or payment plan
Clear beginning, middle, and reassessment
2. Integrative Wellness / CAM: Support Packages
Less frequent
As-needed or monthly
Restorative, not corrective
No long-term commitment required
At this time, services are private pay. This allows for longer sessions, individualized care, and an integrative approach that is not limited by insurance requirements. I can provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to explore reimbursement options independently.
I primarily work with adults experiencing chronic stress, nervous system imbalance, pain, tension, headaches, migraines, or lifestyle-related health challenges. Many clients are high-functioning, busy women who feel stuck in a cycle of overwhelm and are seeking a calmer, more sustainable approach to care.
Both OT and CAM sessions may include a combination of discussion, guided practices, body-based techniques, and practical lifestyle support, depending on your needs and the service selected. The focus is always on helping the nervous system feel supported and creating changes that translate into daily life.
Occupational therapy sessions may be offered virtually when appropriate. Integrative wellness services and yoga offerings are provided in person. Virtual options can be discussed during the initial consultation.
This varies depending on your goals, history, and what you’re experiencing. I offer single-time sessions as well as support plans. Some clients benefit from one session, while others choose ongoing support for continued progression. We will discuss recommendations after your initial consultation.
Session rates vary by service and length. They typically range from $120-180 per 60-minute session, with ongoing sessions at a reduced rate depending on service. Recommendations and clear pricing are discussed after the initial consultation. *Prices are subject to change.
